Description:

I practice a bodymind modality called Rubenfeld Synergy Method, which incorporates touch, talk, and gentle movement as a way of conversing with the whole person. The practice derives from Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, and Gestalt Therapy, and is a great way to become aware of and shift old habits and patterns, increase bodily awareness, experience greater relaxation, and clear emotional wounds.

I also coach and counsel individuals, couples and groups on alterative relationship and sexuality topics, with a focus on helping people live more authentic and integrated lives.
