I work from a foundation of compassion, and giving you a safe place to explore yourself and to facilitate personal growth and change is my top priority. I will assist you in developing a new awareness of yourself, your relationships, and how your life experiences have helped to make you who you are. I will also help you develop new and healthier ways of seeing yourself and your relationships in alignment with your own values and goals.
