I am a registered psychologist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Applied Behavioural Analysis.
It is my personal belief that all beings have the right to have control over their own bodies and a right to self expression. It is also my belief that healthy adult behaviour is based on informed consent, coupled with a commitment to cause as little harm to others and the self as possible.
Within this framework, I aim to help clients handle challenges that arise within their lives with integrity and compassion.
