Massage for me is reaching the deepest states of relaxation. It is a learning process so that the client can move into a place of ease and comfort in all that they do in their lives. I specialize in Ayurvedic massage from India, performed in a meditative state and use essential oils which aids in the relaxation and also the body/mind healing process.
