Description:
Hope is the key factor in the success of the psychotherapy work I provide. Developing new coping mechanisms through teaching and practicing new communication skills leads to healthier relationships with others and oneself. Together we explore your past so that we can understand the present and create a better, brighter future. Blending my training in both cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approaches creates an individualized well rounded healing experience. I am certified to treat co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders and have extensive experience working with depressive and anxious symptoms.
