I use a combination of massage therapy, Reiki healing, and intuitive counseling to help clients let go of muscle aches and pains, live better with anxiety, depression, and body image concerns, and experience a profound peace and physical reintegration.
Treatments I offer help clients rediscover their joy, their freedom of movement, and their ability to fall wholeheartedly into the juicy pulp of life.
I specialize in relaxation therapies, from an Esalen-influenced massage to hot stone therapy, myofascial release, and Reiki treatments.
