I am committed to supporting you in living your life and honoring who you are. Over many years I have developed a way of working that focuses on a number of areas: the way our body and nervous system functions and reacts in relationship, early childhood dynamics and betrayals, development of patterns of relating and the habits and defenses we develop to cope with emotional pain.
