Description:
I help my clients to identify the emotional mental and spiritual structures that create and retain patterns of interaction. My greatest joy is in bringing out the innate qualities of compassion courage clarity and curiosity which are in every one of us has. These traits often become buried under layers of emotional and mental protection. Parts of us become so busy protecting against the onslaught of our daily lives that there is little energy left over to change and grow ourselves into the people we are destined to become.
I have a Zen perspective on life, meditate daily. I draw on indigenous cultures for insight and ceremony as needed. I am trained in Internal Family Systems Psycotherapy, Esoteric Healing energy work, sweat lodge ceremony, group process work. I am deeply compassionate, non judgmental and ready to "shine light on the path back home" as you define it.
