Description:
My style is warm and compassionate. I teach people how to be more effective, in relation to themselves and to other people in their lives. I’m familiar with techniques about changing the way you think, as well as how you behave. We may include some meditation techniques in our meetings, if this interests you.
I enjoy work on parenting issues. I also have a great deal of experience in addiction problems, including substance abuse and eating disorders. I work to support people addressing their own addictive behavior, and also help many couples and families in dealing with these situations. From traditional talk therapy to recommending resources and books, I employ a variety of approaches to counseling. I see clients downtown in the evenings and on Saturdays.
