Description:
I enjoy work with people who are dealing with addictions, or who are affected by the alcohol and drug use of people they care about. I work well with people who are navigating through anxiety and depression, and find cognitive-behavioral therapy, which brings together your thoughts, feelings and day-to-day attitudes and activities is often useful. I have extensive training and experience in work with couples of all compositions and orientations on improving communication, issues of trust and infidelity, and decisions about relationships. I also enjoy teens and families. I'm at the downtown office.
