Description:

I work with adults on issues around depression, anxiety, sex positive identity, GLBT, stress, open relationships, spirituality, and personal growth. I practice a holistic, mindfulness approach to therapy in which I walk with my clients on their journey toward self-discovery. My focus is to facilitate life change by helping clients "clear away the mud" from the lens with which they view themselves, others and the world around them.
